How consulting retainers and project payments are handled.

Consulting retainers and project milestone deposits are handled strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in each client's individual service agreement with FOE Enterprises LLC.
A deposit or retainer secures your project slot and covers initial strategy and planning work. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.
For larger engagements billed in milestones, refund eligibility for a given milestone is based on the percentage of work completed at the time of a cancellation request. Completed deliverables are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or ongoing engagement, please contact us as early as possible. Refund amounts and timelines vary by engagement type and are detailed in your individual contract.
